Hey I heard today on the station that you will be shutting down on August 31st. That made me really upset as this was my favorite station of time that I had found. Many late night drives that became magical because of this station and many great new songs that I was able to find through this platform. I want to thank whoever was behind this project. If I could donate to save this station I would love to. Lastly I would like to ask what was the source of you finding all the great music for the station and are there other platforms you can guide us to that we can keep finding new great songs like we did with this station. Thank you for all your efforts, music can heal so many and know your efforts have had a great effect on many around the world. Peace

It feels like it was only recently that my favorite radio station stopped working — and now it’s happening again. A radio that brought me daily vibes and new tracks for my playlist is shutting down once more. And there’s no real alternative — everywhere else it’s just unnecessary talk from hosts and ads, but here everything was perfect. All good things come to an end eventually😓

It’s truly with deep regret that I receive this announcement. Radio Deep Underground has been so much more than just a station; it’s been a companion, a refuge, a pulse in the night for so many of us. Knowing it will go silent on August 31st feels like losing a dear friend.
I guess we all understand the difficult circumstances behind this decision, and I can only imagine how hard it must be to let go of something built with so much passion and dedication. Thank you for giving us years of authentic, soul-stirring sound, and for doing it all out of love for the music and the community.
